Yesterday, August 25, 2025, the stay on the eviction warrant by Judge Seth Peacock expired. The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Department executed this warrant before lunch. Despite our efforts to reach back out to the court, via email to explain that Charlie has no where else to go. That’s what this is primarily about now. Charlie being forced to be unhoused. By INHS pushing this illegal eviction through, not only has Charlie lost their home but now their voucher will again be in jeopardy. We ask that you sign, and share this petition.
