Has a team from Europe shown a WINNING ENTRY to the CONTEST before it's even been launched?

A quick note to say THANK YOU to ALL supporters of this petition, and — in particular — to those most recent enthusiasts, who pitched in from various and sundry locations: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and, YES, the great land of CAMEROON!
Welcome to the fight!
I’ll take advantage of this opportunity to point out a recent development in the Green Energy space; one that — IF TRUE — (a BIG if) would be an obvious example of a winning entry to the contest this petition calls for.
Again: video is NEVER proof, and the people behind Liberty Engine have put out pranks in the past, which does NOTHING to help their credibility,
Still, you might wish to take a look for yourselves at their recent revision of the device. It is an in-depth redesign, which has put a lot of emphasis on getting rid of (virtually ALL) wasteful friction and resistance.
At 1 minute 19 seconds in the video below, they make their most EXTRAORDINARY claim: that the 550 Watt motor driving this revised version of their device draws no more than 73 Watts (for some unexplained reason, voice-over says 60 Watts) while the unit delivers up to 20,000 Watts.
That’s more than 270 TIMES output-to-input. Pretty hard to believe.
BUT… they have a plausible explanation: the special alloy they used to make the rotor, which totally eliminates EDDY currents (a MAJOR source of resistance).
