Nach reichlicher Überlegung und Recherche aller vorliegenden Informationen ist dieses Deutschland mit seiner eingesetzten Verwaltung überhaupt erst gar nicht in der Lage als besetztes Land durch bis heute: US, UK und Französische Truppen mangels eigener Souveränität hier Ermittlungen einzuleiten. Sämtliche Botschaften der europäischen Länder wurden darüber informiert. Mehrere Strafanzeigen zum BKA und Bundesanwaltschaft wegen Kriegsverbrechen Deutschlands und Anzeigen zu den Bundesministerien werden erst gar nicht bearbeitet. Es erfolgten keinerlei Rückmeldungen. What does the Federal Republic have to do with the Third Reich?
International law assumes that the Federal Republic and the Third Reich are legally
identical. The German state has therefore existed continuously since 1867 with the
founding of the North German Confederation, which was expanded to become the German Reich in 1871. All later forms of government (Weimar Republic, Nazi dictatorship) are just different forms of this state. Even after the Second World War, the German Reich did not collapse, but continued to exist without unified state power, first as an occupied state, later as the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic. Since reunification, there has only been one Germany, which is, however, still identical to the German Reich under international law. Therefore, the Federal Republic must also be responsible for all of the obligations of the German Reich. All treaties and agreements of the Third Reich remain still valid up today. 2024.
Since spring 2017, I have been continuously reporting the following facts to all authorities, first in the state of Brandenburg and Berlin, later to all federal ministries, embassies and all countries of the Second World War. I have submitted countless petitions and complaints about Germanys
failure to investigate my discoveries. The countrys does not want to investigate my
discoveries. Most recently, I filed a criminal complaint against unknown persons to the police, asking them to forward it to the BKA, Federal Criminal Police Office, for mass murder in April 1945 in Potsdam Sanssouci. I have not received a response. This is how Germany has behaved this Problem since 2017. What have I discovered?
Since 1987, based on a contemporary witness statement, eyewitness report, I have been investigating the UNESCO Sanssouci Park in Potsdam - Brandenburg - Germany for underground facilities from World War II. I have discovered 4 large + 20 smaller underground Bunker facilities from WW2. All of the underground facilities I have discovered are allegedly unknown. This is the largest art protection hiding place of the Second World War. I have extensive evidence that Herrmann Goering commissioned the former Prussian Palace and Garden Administration from 1934 to 1945, art historian and monument conservator Dr. Ernst Gall, to protect the art and treasures of the Third Reich in Potsdam Sanssouci from all Castles in Prussia and more and East-Europe! Dr. Ernst Gall was the person appointed by Goering to be responsible for the state treasury and all castles of the Greater German
Reich. He lives in Potsdam Sanssouci 1934-1945.
Dr. Ernst Gall was responsible for countless removals and storages of art from all over Europe in Sanssouci between 1939 and 1945. It was part of the solid war planning since 1935 as the art protection commissioner of the Third Reich. Since 2017, I have reported my discoveries to the federal government and all those actually responsible with the aim of an investigation of my discoveries. No one in Germany or Europe want to be responsible! I refer to other gigantic depots of the German Reich government 1945 such as in Merkers or Bernterode
in Thuringia!
Today i have solid evidence that in December 1944 to April 1945 was in my
underground Bunker discoveries stored of:
15 Million jewelry
- + 55 Tons of Gold
- + State jewels worth 6 Million Reichsmarks 1944
- + The Amber Room, packed in 12 boxes from Koenigsberg, East Prussia
- Almost 60% of all missing art objects since the end of the war
I am the only living person who knows exactly where, as I have been investigating
the site since 1987 in the GDR up today! The public authorities have forbidden me from carrying out a geological investigation or drilling under threat of a fine of 50.000 EURO, of the four large and smaller suspect meadow areas in the north-west of Sanssouci Park!
A company must be commissioned to carry out this unique discovery to immediately
examine my discoveries, open them and secure the contents for the common good of Europe. The contents of my discoveries are incalculable, valuable and cultural heritage for humanity.

Ladies and gentlemen,
it tells of the fate of the art treasures from Prussia, Poland, Ukraine and Russia
in the years 1944- 1945. Spiegel magazine writes in 2020: "The Opel Blitz convoy reappears in the Amber Room saga. The Stasi files include the statement of the Polish driver Alfons Kairis, who was serving at the Kaiser Friedrich Museum in Poznan at the time. He said this on a day around the turn of the year 1944/45, when several Opel Blitz military trucks stopped in front of the museum. The load was tightly wrapped in a canvas tarpaulin. He then went with the museum director Siegfried Rühle and the major to Paradies, a small town with a nearby railway connection. In Poznan, both men discussed whether the "Amber Chapel" could also be stored in the salt mine.
The load was loaded onto a railway wagon in Paradise - several wooden boxes up to two meters long with the
inscription "Koenigsberg". Kairis also loaded the cart with a coin collection and two boxes containing the cathedral treasure in Gniezno (today: Gniezno). Then the men went back to Poznan. correct Potsdam Sanssouci direct to Dr. Ernst Gall, who personally carried out the storage. The Luftwaffe High Command had been based near Sansssouci,
the bunker I discovered in the Park Sanssouci. The bunker of the OKL or LHC is still in use today. At that time it was an art warehouse belonging also to the former Prussian state palace administration. In April 1945, when the Red Army arrived, it was open and had been cleared. It was empty. All art treasures were brought here at that time Goerings statement in June 1945. Goering took some pieces with him on his way south, while Dr. Ernst Gall stored others in mines, such as Bernterode and Merkers. Later at Nuremberg 1946 Goering tells: „There is also a gigantic art cemetery.“ It is recorded that he said this only once, nothing more.
Three deeply buried tank transporters were found that were unarmed from
April 1945 during construction work nearby Park Sanssouci in 2002. 80 workers from the Reichsarbeitsdienst and a Frenchman followed in 2012. The Army badges were not broken on these dead soldiers. They had all their personal belongings with them. Finally, 13 Soldiers without dentification tag, 6 of them almost children 15-16 years old. No public prosecutor investigated. The finds were trivialized and no investigations were carried out by the state.
Evidence: The drama of the art treasures that were ordered not to fall into
Russian hands, not to be plundered, not to be destroyed is taking its course. In the spring of 1945, the order was given to clear the Kurfürst Bunker art storage facility for Dr. Ernst Gall. All the castle cellars also had to be cleared. With the last of their strength, pits were dug in the meadows and earth chambers were made. Transporting the remains to the mines was no longer possible. So the castle administration took charge with its gardeners at the construction company. Work was carried out day and night. Non-stop. The kitchen was in the Orangery Palace and cooked 6 meals every 24 hours.
- First, around 250 workers were murdered and buried on the Ruinenberg site in Potsdam. They are still lying there today.
- After the earthworks were completed, the 80 workers of the Reich Labor
Service were shot and buried in their own trench by 3 gardeners and the last 13 found. The last 13 found had been dismembered and burned.
The 13 with 6 young people around 15 years old were shot by 3 gardeners, Paul Kache, Georg Potente and Rudolf Hoerold. There are more Killer from the former Palace and Garden Administration 1945.
- All gardeners took their own lives when the Red Army arrived on April 28, 1945. So it remained secret and no one could tell the Russians 1945 anything.
It is not my place to judge the time and the measures that were taken. For me, however, this remains a war crime in Potsdam Sanssouci complex. Furthermore, Germany has been committing another war crime since 1945 through its authorities, which are preventing and prohibiting an investigation. As are the victorious powers of the USA and England. The aerial photographs taken by the air reconnaissance department in 1943-1945 showed the 4 large bunkers, and in 1945 the 20
or so smaller ones. They have remained silent on this to this day. Even when I reported it to them, there has been no reaction.
A) Unlike Koenigsberg in East Prussia, the Sanssouci palace complex Potsdam was never in the focus of Allied air raids.
B) They saw the protective bunkers.
C) They are silent.
This refers to an agreement between the USA and
Great Britain with Nazi Germany from 1939 to 1945 regarding the protective structures in Potsdam-Sanssouci. Such secret agreements were common in Switzerland at the time.
Since the Federal Republic of Germany is the legal successor to the Third Reich, allows itself to be occupied "voluntarily"by the USA, Fr and Great Britain and continues to implement all treaties and agreements of the Third Reich and considers them to be legally binding, it is today guilty of one of the worst war crimes that humanity has ever experienced by refusing to investigate my discoveries, to process them and to return the things that need to be restituted. Instead, billions of euros are being laundered around the world to line their own pockets. Germany and the victorious powers must be ordered to immediately investigate the mass murder scene in the Sanssouci-Potsdam-Sanssouci park and my findings.
A catastrophe for our Humanitys cultural heritage. Imagine pictures
that have been stored away for 80 years. We can only hope that something can still be saved for humanity. Immediate action is urgently needed here. The old protective
structures are over 80 years old and will no longer be able to protect European cultural assets safely and undamaged. Of course, Germany must pay me a fair reward if I have rediscovered millions of works of art and a national treasure worth several billion thats missing since 1945 in Europe!

Details of steps taken to exhaust domestic remedies: I recently filed a complaint at the Potsdam Administrative Court for an investigation. The judicial officials appointed by the German parties treat every complaint to the point of absurdity and make it invalid. And to please humanity, I have to pay €500 for that. No one in Germany wins against Germany.
And certainly not in a matter of the people where the appointed administration of the German Reich does not want to be responsible. The UN knows what is going on here. You know that.
