JUNE 23, 2020 -- While now also reporting from the Federal courts in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn, on cases ranging from Honduras drug trafficking, OneCoin, #6ix9ine and Ethereum / North Korea sanctions, Inner City Press remains banned from the UN and even its online press briefings, 721 days now. On June 22, triggering this update, a diplomat credibly accused of war crimes, Sri Lanka's Palitha Kohona, published an article bragging how his country's Rajapaksa government lobbied the UN to oust Inner City Press, once it began "undermining Antonio Guterres." Background here.

But Guterres apparently has no shame - he has not answered on that, nor on a video disgusted UN staff leaked to Inner City Press on June 23, here

Guterres and his new censor, Melissa Fleming, can't explain why for example even the International Monetary takes and answers Inner City Press' questions, but they refuse entirely. They and UN Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric now actively withhold information they have about UN sexual abuse cases; those correspondents allowed in don't ask about the cases. But Inner City Press will not rest until it is re-admitted to ask the questions that need to be asked, about the UN's victims and corruption and sell-out of its stated principles. Watch this site, Inner City Press' podcast on Apple, TuneIn Spotify and Anchor, and InnerCityPress.com -- and demand better from the United Nations.
