We are so grateful to the Animals’ Battalion members for speaking out against the horrific South Korean dog and cat meat cruelty and giving the South Korean dogs and cats a voice at the Korean Consulate General’s Office in New York on July 13, 2015. This day was the first of 3 “Boknal” in South Korea where dog eating is ritualized and celebrated. Dogs and cats are eaten year around in South Korea but the demand peaks in summer time. The event was a big success with a great turn out. Many Korean news covered this story. Thank you for making a difference!!! Compassion Through Action!
