Friends of University Natural Areas (FUNA), a 501c3 organization has officially been created by the grassroots organizers of Save the USF Forest Preserve. We recognize that this problem is not restricted to USF and neither should our efforts. Conservation lands held by collegiate institutions are not as safe as we once believed and these lands need an advocate. FUNA will be dedicated to the protection, stewardship, and advocacy of all higher education natural areas.

Now we need your help to get off the ground. Come out to Shuffle in Tampa tonight @6pm for a charity concert to celebrate. We will have t-shirts, magnets, and posters available for purchase that will benefit FUNA and the local artists that designed them.
