If you haven’t already, please take part in our letter campaign to the USF President and board of trustees. The growing support for our cause has been exciting but should not be surprising. People want healthy untouched ecosystems in their communities and you have all proven that. If we can’t rely on an institute of higher learning to protect nature however, who can we rely on? We must fight for it and we need more than just signatures if we want to win.
Just follow these simple steps below:
1. Download letter template from https://linktr.ee/save.usfforestpreserve
2. Fill in your information. Please provide a personal story of your experience with the Forest preserve and/or why you believe it shouldn’t be developed.
3. Send separate emails to USF President Steve Currall at president@usf.edu and Board of Trustees at board@usf.edu
Follow our cause through social media on Facebook at Save USF Forest Preserve, Instagram @save.usfforestpreserve, and Twitter @saveUSFpreserve
I’d also like to send a shout-out to the team of USF faculty that have been working diligently finding every measure possible to oppose this plan. Their hard work is greatly appreciated.
