I apologise for not updating this page for a while now, we have been doing some under ground work to see that our dream of a shortened timeline is achieved. I am pleased to announce to you that the University of Roehampton and Laureate online have reduced the timelines for graduation. Please see parts of the email from the school below: Recently the University received a petition from students regarding the length of time between the submission of their research project and their award and graduation. I am pleased to share with you details of further revised timelines for award and graduation that have been agreed with the University. As previously advised, if you submitted your research project by 3 August 2017, your work will be presented to an Assessment Board at the end of October 2017. If approved, it will then progress to an Award Board in November 2017. If you have successfully completed the programme and completed payment of your fees, and are awarded in this board, you will have the option of attending either the January 2018 or the July 2018 graduation ceremony. Timelines for students due to submit after the 14th of February 2018 will be finalised and communicated shortly (and not later than the end of October 2017). Please note that your graduation is a final celebration of your award but you can include your qualification on your Curriculum Vitae as soon as the Award Board is completed. Your certificates will be sent to you no later than 8 weeks after the award Board, once the payment of your fees is confirmed. Thank you for your patience over the last few weeks as we sought to confirm these new arrangements. I am sure you will agree that these dates represent a considerable improvement on previous timelines and I would like to thank the University for their support in making this possible. Best wishes Susan Iacovou Academic Director, University of Roehampton London Online . Sent by the Student Administration Centre on behalf of the Academic Director University of Roehampton Online
