CORRECTION & CLARIFICATION: Good news! PBC is happy to report that there has been good PROGRESS toward an agreement with the university. In the short-term, they are HOPEFUL to be able to stay open through the summer. If this can happen that would give them time to develop a sustainable business model come September. (So let’s HOPE for no liquidation sale at the end of May!). 

This is a major step. But it’s still an uphill battle.
