Signers of the Petition:

Figuring that if this reached 100 signers, it would be time to make it more public.  So, this petition is now directed at the email address of the Provost of UPenn (FYI, the current Provost is Wendell Pritchett, a distinguished attorney and professor).  Also, it has been sent/promoted to various news outlets:  Philadelphia Inquirer (east coast), New York Times (east coast), and Spectrum News (west coast).
