We NEED to have an art shop at Waterside Campus. All of the fashion and arts students use the shop on a weekly basis, we always need the supplies and specialist equipment that we can’t source.

When the art shop moves to town it will eventually turn into a regular craft shop, as a footwear student we already know they will not carry on selling footwear equipment in town, and I’m sure this applies to many other courses!!!

Having to go into town rather than be able to pop to the shop on campus is going to take a chunk out of our day or make our work suffer!  

It is also important to ensure the Fine Art students who are having to stay at Avenue Campus because there is no room for them at Waterside (!?!!?) have art supplies for them at Avenue aswell! 

Moving the Art Shop into town is not beneficial for ANY STUDENT!
