The University of Nebraska at Omaha has not had a men's cross country or track team since the 1980's. It would be an excellent opportunity for dedicated runners, like myself, who are students at UNO to be able to continue their running career with the added support and sense of family that comes from being in a team. This would help bring other runners together and build potential life-long friendships that are necessary in the stressful life of adulthood.
