In light of Sunday's atrocities, the University of London must offer students in its five Sri Lankan teaching centres the opportunity to postpone exams scheduled in the country during the next few weeks. This, moreover, should include assurances that a decision not to sit the exam will have no financial ramifications - nor impact on the marking of their papers.
