Dear UCT Alumni

This is a final reminder that registration for the 2025 UCT Convocation Annual General Meeting (AGM) closes today at 16:00 SAST. If you wish to vote in this year’s important elections, please ensure you register before the deadline.

The 2025 AGM includes elections for the President of Convocation and five alumni-elected members of the Convocation Executive Council. Those elected on 4 December 2025 will represent UCT alumni for the next two years. To vote, you must be pre-registered and attend the AGM, either online or in person.

Who qualifies as UCT alumni?
You are eligible to participate if you have been awarded a UCT-conferred degree or an accredited diploma or certificate registered by the University. (Short course certificates do not qualify.)
