We would like to see a law passed that holds any public servant, military, law enforcement and or elected officials ACCOUNTABLE for not following the oath they took to uphold the constitution of the United states from ALL enemies foreign and DOMESTIC.

Any politician, law enforcement officer, military or any other entity (public servant/official) who may act on behalf of in any way shape or form whether it be by “law” or by force unlawful seizure of a firearm or any firearm related component be tried with treason punishable by fines and imprisonment. Millions of United States soldiers did not go to war to protect the Constitution and our country  so that politicians could pass “laws” as they like to call them to strip us of our God-given rights (not given by the almighty despot government)

Any politician who proposes a blatant infringement such as regulating parts attachments, accessories ,ammunition or banning firearm related components  or requiring a permit/registration of a firearm or firearm components be tried for treason also punishable by fines and imprisonment (licensing liberty)

The constitution of the United States explicitly states the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. For those who don’t know what the word infringe means here are the definitions.

To transgress or exceed the limits of; violate.

To defeat; invalidate.

To encroach on someone or something; engage in trespassing

The second amendment was written in a time where private citizens had cannons. Private citizens in this era also had private warships, ie. The same weaponry as the federal government for that which it was intended to protect the citizens from a tyrannical government, which is exactly what we are seeing now. In summary, to tell someone that they cannot have an AR 15 because you are scared for example is absolutely bizarre. Myself and the people who have signed this petition included believe we need to RESTORE the second amendment to that which it was intended. We need to expand firearm laws not limit them. Abolish NFA taxes and permits. One does not need a permission slip to exercise God-given rights such as carry a firearm concealed purchase a suppressor or purchase an “SBR” which is (literally the definition of licensing liberty) also pictured in the photo to this petition.

With guns we will have tragedies without guns we will have genocide HISTORY has proven this time and time again. The united states does not have a gun problem the correct statistics show us this, not skewed false information from vox or similar cherry picked information.

Many patriots such as myself are tired of politicians law enforcement or any other entity that would deprive us of our rights NOT upholding their oath. We want to see people held accountable for their actions just as everyday people should be, treason (going against the constitution of the United States and people of the United states wishes) 

Without the second amendment you have no other rights, the federal government can do whatever they want, they are already doing it to some degree. The citizens hold the power not the federal government that is why it says WE THE PEOPLE. 

As a final statement before closing there is general misconception that any statute passed by legislatures bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. It needs to be reread and interpreted CORRECTLY.

The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and ANY statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for a law that violates the Constitution to be valid. This is succinctly stated as follows: “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are NULL AND VOID.” Marbury vs. Madison 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 144, 176, (1803)
