First, we wanted to start by thanking purchasers, merchants, volunteers, and all parties involved for your continued support. We also wanted to give an update in case anyone was not informed of the latest S.E.C. Civil Case development.
 
There have been so many people reaching out to help our efforts in many different ways. Helping us to minimize the amount of people feeling neglected or uninformed during these unsettling times. We believe everyone deserves to know what is going on and these volunteers have been doing their best to help contact everybody who was affected . To keep them up to date. However, we know that even with our best efforts it has not been possible to reach everybody, and we understand the frustration that is felt by those still waiting for that point of contact. We are trying our very best !

In this update, we wanted to inform everyone that the Zoom Hearing scheduled for September 8th, 2021, was canceled by the Plaintiffs (S.E.C.). We are currently awaiting the next court date which has not been announced yet.
 
Remember, up until this point no conviction or admissions of guilt have been made, so it is important for us to continue moving forward with a positive mindset. We must stay diligent and continue to believe that no wrongdoing has been committed until otherwise proven. The S.E.C. has a history of doing this to many companies and although we may not agree with their tactics, we need to understand that this is simply how things work in this industry.
 
Again, it is easy in times like these for our emotions to get the best of us which can lead to unhealthy frustrations. At this point we must allow the legal system to work and pray for a quick resolution. So many families have been affected by this S.E.C. shutdown, families that needed this opportunity to pay their bills, buy groceries, take care of medical needs, etc. We do not know yet why the S.E.C. canceled the injunction hearing, but we hope that they understand that by drawing this out they hurt us more than the defendants they claim to be protecting us from.
 
Reading the comments in this petition is so inspiring and fuels us to keep going. It brings a fire to this fight reminding us that we need to continue to stick together so that OUR voices are heard. By ourselves we are 1, but together we are over 2,900 strong and we do matter. Our money matters and we will not let the S.E.C. take that from us. Up until August 12, 2021, Johanna Garcia and the company she ran never missed one single payment to its purchasers. Does that not speak volumes? No victims in all that time!
 
We are hoping for a court date soon so we can update everyone. Our goal is to keep everyone updated and united the best we can.
 
Let’s continue to fight for what we believe in and not give up hope. We were blessed to be given this opportunity and the only thing that has put a stop to it was the S.E.C.
 
Let us continue to be heard so they know what we want. Dismiss the charges and release our money!

En esta actualización, queríamos informarles a todos que el video de Zoom programada para el 8 de septiembre de 2021 , fue cancelada por los demandantes (S.E.C.). Actualmente estamos esperando la próxima fecha de la corte que aún no se ha anunciado.

Recuerde, hasta este punto, no se ha realizado convicción ni admisiones de culpabilidad, por lo que es importante que nos sigamos avanzando con una mentalidad positiva. Debemos permanecer diligentes y continuaremos creyendo que no se ha cometido unas irregularidades hasta que se haya probado. S.E.C. tiene antecedentes de hacer esto a muchas compañías y, aunque es posible que no estemos de acuerdo con sus tácticas, debemos entender que esto es simplemente cómo funcionan las cosas en esta industria.

Es fácil en momentos como estos que nuestras emociones y frustraciones se conviertan y nos lleven a cosas poco saludables. Debemos permitir que el sistema legal funcione y oremos por una resolución rápida. Muchas familias se han visto afectadas por este cierre de parte de S.E.C. , las familias que necesitaban esta oportunidad para pagar sus facturas, comprar comestibles, cuidar las necesidades médicas, etc. No sabemos aún por qué el S.E.C. canceló la audiencia judicial, pero esperamos que entiendan que al realizarse esto, nos lastimaron más que los acusados ​​. Que ellos presuntamente dicen que nos están protegiéndonos de.

Leer los comentarios en esta petición es tan inspiradora y nos alimenta para seguir adelante. Continuemos luchando por lo que creemos y no abandonemos la esperanza. Tuvimos la bendición de recibir esta oportunidad y lo único que ha puesto una parada fue el S.E.C.
