Update A Major step forward

A Major Legal Step Forward for Our Family! Hi everyone, I want to start by sending a massive thank you to all of you who have supported this campaign and stood by us for over a year now. Your support means everything as we continue fighting to bring my kids home. I have a significant update: We are officially taking this back to court. Despite our stability and readiness, the current guardians have refused to sign custody back over to us. However, their state benefits for the guardianship have recently been stopped. Because the original hardship that led to this situation no longer exists, and there is absolutely no ongoing need for this arrangement, I am filing a formal motion to vacate the guardianship and terminate the hardship status completely. We are laying out the undeniable facts for the judge, and we are more determined than ever to see this through. Between preparing these legal filings, getting ready for my upcoming transition to Paul Mitchell School in Boise, and keeping up with my tech work, it’s a busy season—but it’s all moving us closer to our ultimate goal.
