There are so many animals that are left out in the cold and heat, dirty, unloved, some are starving, and many are without veterinary care  The State of Georgia sees animals as property instead of living, breathing beings. They have blood running through their veins and breath in their lungs. God created these animals just as He did human beings. Just because we are different don't mean they dont have rights. We humans domesticated them and it is humans who are neglecting and abusing them. These animals have rights and if we don't fight for them they will continue to suffer.
