Road side zoo spectacles are notorious throughout history for mistreatment and torturing captive wild animals. This bear cub was swung by its teeth and mouth to entertain spectators. She wet herself in fear and anxiety trying to get away. She is 2.5 mos old. She MUST be saved before the lawsuit plays out. She MUST be placed into protective custody at a preserve or sanctuary. People who trap live animals for public display are as bad as poachers and must be punished to the fullest extent of the law. 

This petition is begging the USDA to step in and save this cub from growing into a tortured animal that cannot be rehabilitated due to her fear - or at least would be very costly to rehabilitate. She does NOT deserve this and she MUST be saved immediately!
