ENGLISH: The upcoming US Copyright Orphan Works Act proposes that works not registered under commercial copyrights (including works made by commission artists) will belong to the first person to register them under copyright, which is not necessarily the original creator of the work (or works). This law unfairly favors the wealthy, who can afford to readily purchase these said copyrights. SPANISH: La próxima ley estadounidense de la Oficina de Copyright, denominada como la "Orphan Works Act" propone que los trabajos no registrados bajo copyrights comerciales (incluidos los trabajos hechos por artistas de comisiones) pertenecerán a la primera persona en registrarlos bajo copyright, lo cual no implica que dicha persona sea necesariamente el creador original del trabajo (o trabajos). Esta ley favorece injustamente a la gente con dinero, los cuales pueden permitirse estos copyrights.
