You don’t put tariffs on allies. Especially in the midst of war against Hamas and other Antisemitic groups, Israel (including Jewish Americans) does not need to deal with Trump’s Antisemitic tarriffs—and Trump’s tariffs on allies in general are bad enough.
Congress, not the president , sets tariff and other tax rates.
