The people who lost to Bola Tinubu in Nigeria’s 2023 presidential election refuse to accept that the electorates rejected them. The people who lost to Keir Stammer in UK’s 2024 parliamentary elections refuse to accept that the electorates rejected them. So they are employing mob tactics to destabilise the government, to get by bullying what the electorates refused to give them. Their quest is not about good governance. Their quest is to hold the legitimate government to ransom. Their quest is anti-democratic. They must not be allowed to succeed.
