Fulani hegemony is the one and only cause of all Nigeria’s ills.

Less than 2 weeks after Independence Day, Ahmadu Bello declared Nigeria the estate of the Fulani that they must ruthlessly maintain. The Fulani have done just that ever since. They extract wealth from the south to give to the north. They put unqualified northerners in charge of all national assets. They limit opportunities for southerners and curtail industrialisation in the south. They enable jihadist terrorists, bandits and kidnappers to roam free. They exercise extra-judicial power through proxies in the Nigeria police and the Nigeria army.
 
Awolowo, a Yoruba, fought this evil and was imprisoned for it. Abiola, a Yoruba, fought this evil and died for it. There is no mechanism within the Nigeria bubble to dismantle Fulani hegemony. The only antidote is dissolution of Nigeria into the constituent nationalities. Yorubaland fulfils the 1933 Montevideo criteria for nationhood. Yorubaland meets the 1991 standards that President Bush set for recognising Soviet Republics. The Yoruba are more than capable of holding their own in Africa and in the world.
