On February 6th, 2021, Njeje Media held a ZOOM Conference and invited notable personalities and the topic of discussion was "Killer Herdsmen Invasion of Southern Nigeria And Middle-Belt Region, Causes and Solutions".

The key message delivered by each of the speakers was a resounding endorsement of the Nigeria Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-determination (NINAS) solution to the problem which is to Decommission or End the 1999 Constitution. NINAS identified that the 1999 Constitution is FRAUDULENT as it was not made by the people as there were no Referendum or Plebiscites and was actually Military Decree 24 renamed as the 1999 Constitution.  In addition, the 1999 Constitution subverts the will of the people contained in the 1963 Constitution which called for the Four Regions to be autonomous and self-governing and to contribute a stated percentage to the central government.

The military, which was controlled by the minority Fulani, forcibly moved governance from the Regions to a newly created Federal Government, took all assets and resources from the Regions, and took away the ethnic nationalities ability to defend themselves.  Once the military took over power, they immediately set to dividing up the Regions into States, set up Local Government Areas and sharing formulas that significantly disadvantaged the South & Middle-Belt making it almost impossible for a President to emerge from those regions.  Most of all the top positions in the armed forces, in NNPC, and other now taken over by the Minority Fulani effectively creating an APARTHEID situation enslaving the majority.

So, the SOLUTION IS CLEAR, take down the 1999 Constitution, which NINAS started on December 16, 2020 and can be found at www.ninasffn.org and www.freedomfromnigeria.com stop all general elections under the 1999 Constitution, establish a time bound Transition process A) Regional Blocs REFERENDUM & PLEBISCITES B) Blocs & Govt NEGOTIATE new Federating terms based on outcome of the Referendum & Plebiscites.
