It is enforced by the Committee on the Rights of the Child and carried out by NGO's and Child Protective agencies. Do citizens and politicians of Albania, Bolivia, Gabon, Germany, Montenegro, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Slovakia and Costa Rica know that their Ambassador to UN are the only ones that have signed the Protocol? Invoke article 52 of the Convention to withdraw from the Convention, stop alienation against you, your child and your country.
