Greetings, A paragraph has been added to the petition letter to include a request that this petition letter be taken as formal proposal to be presented to the Committee on the Rights of the Child on the abovementioned dates. Article 50 -1 of the Rights of the Child states that ANY State Party may propose an amendment and file it with the Secretary - General, hopefully a country like Brazil may and should propose it. The meetings of the Committe on the Rights of the Child are public and accept submissions by Non Governmental Organizations. We alienated parents have to include ourselves.
