My research found this: We don't know where we're going': Russia sends 'fake' evacuees to far-flung parts of the country. Faking evacuees is like our grandparents never London during the blitz back in the Second World War. Where are they going? Are they being sent to camps to say until Putin get what he wants by force or worse? Putin is turning into Hitler. History monsters need to be stopped before it is too late. How many lives need to ruin by this unnecessary war before something is done?
