United Against Uniform: Exemption Forms & 200 Signers

Hello everyone, it's amazing that this petition has reached over 200 signers.

To my fellow students at LAMS, those who want to sign out from this new Uniform Policy must sign an A-665 Uniform Exemption Request with your parents/guardians. It will exempt you from the School Uniform Policy. For more information and the A-665 Uniform Exemption Request form, go here.
