Dear Friends, I am holding a Press Conference tomorrow at 12PM & the venue is Press Club of Hyderabad.This Press Conference is to highlight the atrocities meted out by Telengana Road Transport officials while checking Non-AP/TS Vehicles In Telengana. Telengana Road Transport Authority officials treat each and every Non-AP/TS Vehicle with suspicion and are on a hunting spree.They say that a Non-AP/TS Vehicle should pay Life Time Tax (LTT) in 30 days upon arrival in to Telengana State and they do not have any documents/law/amendment to support the same.Section 47 of Central Motor Vehicle Act 1988 says that an out of state vehicle has 12 months time to pay LTT.I tried speaking to higher officials in Transport department but no avail.
