Update 10-17-16

Hey all - we have heard a response from Union Pacific. They said they will repair a lubrication device on one side of the track before the end of October, and they will be installing an additional lubrication device on the other side of the track before the end of the year. We'll be staying on top of them to see if they stick to this schedule and if it actually makes a difference in the rail squeal.
