First, we want to thank you for your support on this petition. We have received countless stories from couples who want to be represented on the emoji keyboard - so we are more passionate than ever to make this happen!

Last month, the Unicode Consortium met to vote on which proposed emojis will move on to the final approval round in January. Great news: our Interracial Couple Emojis proposal unanimously selected to move on to the final vote early next year! 

We have also reached the incredible milestone of 50k signatures on our petition, which is important in propelling us to final approval. Each and every signature counts from here. If you haven't already, please take the time to share on your social channels and spread the word!
