Since our closure, our usual customers have had to pay more to dispose of their green material elsewhere, like at the nearby Council tip.

“The findings of this water quality review suggest that the risk of environmental impacts, from the proposed operation under the modification application, is very low and can be managed with conventional stormwater controls, implemented via an updated Stormwater Management Plan (Northrop, 2024), with no ongoing water quality monitoring.”
· I believe this business provides an important service, and an alternative to other green waste facilities that makes recycling organics easier and more accessible for residents and businesses
· I believe the business activity on the site supports a diverse local economy, that makes the best use of our resources
· I believe modification will enable a socially responsible business to continue to service and give back to our community
· I am shocked that this application has been tied up for so long
· I believe the EPA needs to stop intervening in Council’s decision relating to this DA modification request
