On January 1, 2026, Delhi Police EOW registered FIR No. 0002/2026 under IPC Sections 406, 420 & 120B against Suraksha Realty Ltd., Lakshdeep Investments & Finance Pvt. Ltd., and others for alleged fund diversion of homebuyer payments and toll revenues meant for Jaypee project completion. This follows ED information under PMLA and validates our claims of financial exploitation despite the NCLT clean slate doctrine.
