All old claims stand extinguished under the NCLT-approved Jaypee resolution plan.
IBC Section 31 makes the plan binding on all stakeholders—affirmed by NCLAT and the Supreme Court (Essar Steel, Ghanashyam Mishra).
Yet interest demands are being revived, burdening ~6,000 homebuyers by ₹300+ crore—contrary to the Clean Slate Doctrine.
