Dear Homebuyers,
Many of us are facing unfair treatment, inflated financial demands, and coercive claims by Suraksha, even though several of these claims stand extinguished as per the applicable orders.
To address this collectively and effectively, the MOST RELEVANT and CORRECT PLATFORM to file a formal complaint is:
*IBBI-Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India* (Regulator Under IBC)
IBBI is the official regulator supervising the entire insolvency process. It has the legal authority to take action
when:
A creditor or resolution applicant behaves unfairly
Financial demands are inflated or unlawful
Orders of NCLT/NCLAT are ignored
Homebuyers are harassed or misled
IBBI takes action only when multiple affected stakeholders file complaints individually.
Therefore, each homebuyer MUST file their own complaint.
HOW TO FILE THE COMPLAINT (Simple Process)
1️⃣ Visit the IBBI Website → “Complaints / Grievances” Section
2️⃣ Choose the “Complaint” option
3️⃣ File complaint against Suraksha for:
Unfair treatment
Inflated or fabricated financial demands
Demands that continue despite extinguishment by judicial order
Non-compliance with IBC process
Financial harassment of homebuyers
4️⃣ Attach supporting documents (optional but helpful):
Copy of the order extinguishing demands
Screenshot/letters from Suraksha
Any communication showing pressure / inflated amounts
FEE DETAILS
Please note:
Complaint filing fee: ₹2500
This is mandatory for the "Complaint" section and helps ensure formal regulatory action.
