It seeks to amplify the experiences of those whose education, livelihoods, safety, and daily lives are disrupted whenever communities are flooded.

• demand concrete, long-term, and sustainable government solutions;
• promote greater transparency and accountability in responding to the causes and impacts of flooding;
• unite community members regardless of age, gender, or status to strengthen collaboration in protecting education and public safety; and
• amplify the experiences and concerns of communities affected by recurring flooding.
