This week, the UK Mortgage Prisoners Campaign Group met with Treasury Minister Emma Reynolds.

The Government again offered no timeline for any relief.

Campaign lead Rachel Neale warned:
“We’re dealing with highly distressed families who face losing their homes. Repossessions are already disproportionate.”

Meanwhile, closed-book lenders like Landmark continue to charge double the high-street interest rate — and still push for repossession.

Why This Matters for Cascades Gardens

Despite repeated efforts, Landmark has not provided a fair or workable resolution. Legal costs are continuing to rise.

Public pressure is now our strongest tool.
