My husband has blocked me on Discord because, according to him, I am “annoying.” When I asked why I should even need to talk to him on Discord when we already have other ways to communicate, his response was: “Why do you want to talk to me on Discord when you have everything else to talk?”

And honestly, this is exactly why I believe this petition is necessary.

Yes, we have WhatsApp. Yes, we have phone calls. Yes, we have other ways to communicate. But apparently none of that answers the very important question: why should a wife be blocked from her husband’s Discord simply because she wants to talk to him there?

I am not asking for special privileges. I am asking for the basic human right to annoy my husband across multiple platforms, as nature and marriage intended. 😂

Being a wife means I should have the freedom to appear wherever my husband happens to be—including Discord, where apparently I have now been declared an unwanted disturbance to his peaceful gaming existence.

His argument is essentially: “You already have other ways to annoy me.”

And my response is: That is not the point.

This petition is therefore calling for the immediate restoration of my Discord access and recognition of my undeniable right to mildly annoy my husband wherever technology allows it.
