The time of reckoning is upon us and on Monday we will find out whether the House of Lords are brave enough to vote through the Duke of Wellington's amendment, which would force water companies to reduce sewage pollution. Can you help us over the line this weekend?
If you can spare 5 minutes to e-mail a peer (or several peers) asking them to support our cause, you could be the difference in changing someone's mind. What we are asking is simple and quick...
1) Contact a peer (or peers) from the alphabetical list below. We would suggest choosing someone whose surname begins with the same letter as your own but its up to you! The more the merrier.
2) Ask them to support "the Duke of Wellington's Amendment 59 to Clause 79 and Amendment 60 to Clause 80, to stop raw sewage pollution of the environment."
3) Mention that our petition supporting the amendment has been signed over 89,000 times and any other reasons you can think of why they should support this.
4) Include your full name and address.
