Apology for no update for so long. The Home Office requested a further 28 days extension, to prepare their defence.

The court has now set a date for the full judicial review hearing on 19 November 2021 (Friday) Online.

At the moment, we are not sure whether there is a limit of attendees to attend the hearing online.
