Dear Supporters,
My solicitor informed me today that the application for administrative review has succeeded (19 Jan 2021).

The Admin Review team found that the original decision maker made an error when considering my application, they therefore withdrawn the original decision (the refusal of 15 December 2020).

According to the Admin Review team, my application for stateless leave to remain has been sent back to the original case working team to reconsider and they will make a new decision. However no time scale being given when they will make a new decision.
