The Home Office would not give a copy of the 2011's Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the UK and the Malaysia, by claiming that publication of the 2011 MoU could harm the UK's relations with Malaysia.

The Home Office also would not confirm the date when the verbal agreement made thereafter, concluded. [Link] for the Home Office's response dated 8 October 2020.

I have sent another email [Link] today (8 October 2020), for the third time requesting the Home Office to confirm the exact date when the verbal agreement made thereafter, concluded, and for the Home Office to provide a copy of the verbal agreement recorded in the Home Office system.
