1 Year On

1 year on ask yourself has much changed? I still think about the girls/boys involved almost every day. I ask myself if I'm oversensitive in same breath. But, to care about others well-being over the advancement of your own career isn't an imperfection, it's a gift.

Whilst this petition only went so far and has much more to do, ask yourself if there's anything you can do in the everyday to help. Normalising predatory behaviour is never okay, no matter how small it may seem at the time. By signing this petition and starting  conversation, the ball started rolling to keep trainees and workers in a safe environment. There's always going to be predators out there but make sure they're not welcomed in your training school or shows.
