The brightness of LED headlights on vehicles is quite frankly ridiculous and dangerous. There is no escaping quite how bright they are. They are seriously distracting while driving , either coming at you or in your rear view mirrors. As far as I can see they only benefit the people inside the vehicle with them installed. They are equally if not brighter than cars with out LED's installed when they have their full beam on. Regulating and lowering the lumin output level would make it safer to drive at night.
