Keep your stories coming in

We are causing a bit of a stir, it's only 3 days in and the stories I am hearing and reading from you all who can give examples of how they would use a familiarisation video, what it would help with, when you have struggles, an instance when you have been provided with familiarisation material and the positive outcome that has had.
