Industry Update

I often get random phone calls from people who have recently had a family member pass away and ask whether my company wrote the will. This is because they know there family member wrote a Will but can't find it. There is no mandatory register of Wills.

There is a number of voluntary national registers such as Certainty National Will Register​ but its not mandatory. They currently hold a register of 8million wills. It is estimated that 48% of adults have a Will. Therefore Certainty only hold a small percentage of the total.
