More people are cosuming products that contain sweetener instead of sugar. However,  do we really know the quanity of sweetener replacing normal sugar in food products? 

So many products state that they're 'sugar free' but when you look at the ingredients in small print, they're loaded with artificial sweeteners.

People turn to sweetener in hope to consume less calories but does it really make a difference to normal sugar?

If food labels contain the quantity of normal sugar in every food product. Why not do the same for products containing sweetener?
