Change the Road Traffic Act to ensure if an accident happens hitting a cat this must be reported to the police.

Cats are a pet and have just as many rights as the animals listed on the Road Traffic Act 1988 horse, cattle, ass, mule, sheep, pig, goat or dog.

Please help me get this changed to give cats the rights they deserve.
