This is by our Police who are paid to protect us, I bet the abusers were just laughing at them! It just beggars belief that anyone could be so stupid. One 13-year-old girl, "with disrupted clothing", was found by police in a house in the early hours with a group of men who had given her vodka. A neighbour had called the police after hearing the girl scream. The teenager was arrested for being drunk and disorderly. The men were not questioned. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-43400336
