Refuge tweeted this report from Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary. I have asked Refuge on a number of occasions to support our petition with no avail. I have asked again because the bigger voices need to be working with us. If Victims had an independent complaints system that had victims on that had experienced what they had, the board could not only force the Police to act, but they could also advise.
